To summarize: You should expect PSIExams to sell you unhelpful information. After requesting to speak with the individuals manager, the manager stated that there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. They agreed on several occasions that there was no way for me to know what topics would be covered by the practice exam prior to taking it. They were insistent that it was my choice to pay for the exam and I should have known that there was a possibility the practice test may not contain any beneficial information pertaining to my future licensure test. I called PSIExams who insisted that there was no way to know what would be covered by the practice test, they are not responsible for their practice test material, and there would not be a refund. I sent an email to PSIExams explaining my situation and asking for clarification. When I went to take the practice test I found that NONE of the questions from the test pertained to the topics that I will be tested on so I reached out to PSIExams. Why wouldn't I want to access to a practice exam from the organization giving the test? It had been beneficial when taking tests through NCEES. Upon paying for the General Contracting test for 2 topics (Grading, Sewer & Water), I was prompted to pay for a practice exam. I have taken this exam 5 times, such a rip off giving me the wrong material. ![]() multiply by 12 equal $23023, i have search amortization calculators and the results is the same as the chart attached, When I got home i used the chart attached for 6% gives a factor of 5.99551 which will give monthly interest of $1918.5632. The chart at the site for 6% is 6.00 give interest $1920.00, multiply by 12 equal $23040 which was not one of the answer. The question is what is the annual interest for loan $320,000 at 6% interests for 30 years. If you review the question and use the chart you will see the answers are not available with the chart provided. This is the second time i've inquired with no results from PSI. I took the PSI salesperson exam on May 23 and missed the exam by one point due to the proctor providing the wrong amortization chart at no fault of mine own and i'm requesting the waiver to for the exam with a passing for the real estate before I'm schedule to retake on June 4th. ![]()
